Hi, Great work, I used to watch it religiously in the 80's...They said the war will be over by christmas , but a year passed and the lanes of England still echoed to the tramp of marching feet....one such adventurer was Tom Grattan and this was his story... I loved the military sound track, I remember one episode Uncle Stan read Wilfred Gibson's poem 'in the ambulance' Two rows of cabbages two of early greens...Oh to have lived in that era.
